is a competition of endurance and will, pitting groups of 20 competitors against each other to see who can keep his or her hand on a rowing boat the longest. Whoever lasts the longest without leaning on the boat, sitting or squatting, wins $5,000 for his/her favorite charity.

The best part is, all proceeds go toward Lake Union Crew Outreach Foundation's building project in Haiti, taking place in the spring of 2012.
