Transform Communities Through Volunteer Action

At Lake Union Crew Outreach Foundation (LUCOF), every project depends on people who care enough to show up and give what they can. You don’t need special skills—just a willingness to work hard, have fun, and share your time, talents, and heart. Whether you join us in the field, help locally, or support from afar, your contribution makes a lasting difference.

The Work Is Real, and So Are the Rewards

International Programs:

Our international projects were demanding, but the impact was immeasurable. While on site—often thousands of miles from home—we worked long days alongside local teams, helping build both physical structures and lasting friendships. Our 10+ hour days were filled with teamwork, problem-solving, and cultural connection.

Local Projects:

Our local initiatives also offer meaningful opportunities to get involved. Some roles are hands-on and active, while others—like knitting projects—invite you to sit, relax, and create something beautiful in good company.

Give in the Way That Works for You

If you can’t join us in person, there are still many ways to make an impact.

Donations directly support our outreach efforts—from sponsoring rowing programs for those who might not otherwise have access to funding to essential tools like water retention tanks for communities overseas. You can give in honor of someone special or simply because you believe in helping others. However you choose to give, we’re deeply grateful for your support.
